Anna Nemova is Founder and President of the International Company Expert Center LLC. Mrs. Nemova holds  diplomas in Marketing and  Law.

Anna Nemova has been working for more than 10 years in the sphere of  Business Management and gained outstanding knowledge of organization and management of business processes.

Mrs. Nemova spoke as an expert on joint seminars for procurement customers, vendors and organized seminars and trainings. She is a member of many professional associations and actively participates in charity projects.

Vladimir Bugera is Finance Director with Expert Center LLC. Prior to joining Expert Center, Vladimir was in various roles managing financial reporting and risk management capabilities with a global financial services provider American Express. He holds Ph.D. in Quantitative Finance and Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida and M.Sc. and B.Sc in Applied Mathematics & Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Sofya Bodzin is the Procurement Specialist of Expert Center, LLC. She graduated from Broward College, where she earned a Business Degree in Supervision and Management. During her study she was added on the Dean’s list for her excellent performance. She obtained various certificates in the government procurement field from The U.S. General Services Administration. She possesses a substantial amount of experience in the field of government procurement and is an expert in preparing the proposals for clients that participate in bids conducted in accordance with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation).

Brian Bodzin is the Marketing Manager at Expert Center. He graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree from Johnson & Wales University majoring in Hospitality and specializing in Marketing and Public Relations. Before joining the Expert Center team, Brian has contracted with numerous companies and organizations, successfully marketing their products or services and accomplished customizing major marketing strategies directed towards a vast amount of different target markets while obtaining a tremendous deal of clients. He is also an advocate for numerous non-profit, charitable organizations where he coordinated many charitable events and is responsible for fundraising millions of dollars in donations.

Dmitri Loisha – Tax Consultant Expert Center, LLC. Education: LL.M. in Taxation, Georgetown University Law Center; LL.M. in International Business Law, Central European University; LL.B. in International Law, Belarusian State University. Dmitri specializes in cross-border tax and business planning. As a senior associate of Minsk law firm he advised corporate clients from various jurisdictions on international business transactions and tax issues, cross-border investments, corporate structuring, and intellectual property. Dmitri was also a senior lecturer of law at the Department of International Law of the Belarusian State University specializing in International and EU law.

Rod Burns is the Business Broker and Acquisition Consultant. Rod has more than 27 years in the Financial Services Industry. He has consulted in all aspects of business including Mergers and Acquisitions. Having worked in Europe, Middle East, Latin America and the USA, Rod has a vast experience gained from over 2000 business transactions and is the founder member of Global Business Brokers.
